• War (whether declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, revolution and civil unrest.
• Performing duties as a member of armed forces or other law enforcing agencies.
• Any willful, malicious and unlawful or deliberate act.
• Nuclear fission, nuclear fusion or radioactive contamination.
• Any biological, chemical and / or nuclear Terrorist Act.
• Any pre-existing conditions or excluded sickness, suicide, self-inflicted injury, childbirth, miscarriage, dental treatment (except as necessitated by accidental injuries to sound natural teeth), mental and nervous disorders, insanity, alcoholism or drug addiction, venereal disease, AIDS or AIDS related complex.
• Any professional sports or where an insured person would or could earn income or remuneration from engaging in such sport or game. Racing of any kinds and competition.
• Losses not reported within 24 hours to the authorities (such as airlines, travel agent, police, etc.) and failure to provide the report certified by the relevant authorities.
• Liabilities arising from use or operation of vehicles, aircraft, watercraft or weapons.
• Flying as a pilot or member of the crew of any aircraft.
