CLAIMS PROCEDURE
Complete and return the claim form to the Company within 30 days of the expiry of the policy. All claims shall be submitted together with satisfactory proof and comprehensive supporting information such as reports issued by hospitals, physicians, police, airlines or other responsible authorities. Claim form is available downloaded here or upon request.
Annual Protection
TravelSafe Annual Travel Insurance is available to suit for those frequent travellers. You will be provided comprehensive travel coverage on an unlimited number of trips outside Hong Kong in a year that you need not to insure before each trip.
All insurance transactions must be made and paid within the territory of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
