Some Important Notes :

The travel insurance must be applied for by means of this online application form with the prerequisite of the acquirement of an electronic insurance certificate before the insured persons depart from Hong Kong.
The insured persons must have a valid and true address in Hong Kong.
The travel insurance is only applicable to a journey starting from Hong Kong.
This insurance is effective outside the Place of Origin. Place of Origin will be regarded as Hong Kong unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the Application Form by the Applicant and specifically endorsed in the Certificate of Insurance by the company.
Maximum Period of Insurance for Global Diamond Plan / Global Gold Plan up to 180 days; for China Basic Plan up to 90 days.
Applications made earlier than 30 days prior to the departure date is not accepted.
No cancellation and premium refund will be allowed once the policy has been issued.
An insured person can only be covered under one certificate of insurance/policy for the same insured journey (except for the free insurance provided by the travel agent). If the insured person is covered under more than one certificate of insurance/policy underwritten by Blue Cross for the same journey, the liability of Blue Cross in respect of any one insured person for the same journey is limited to the maximum benefits payable under one certificate of insurance/policy.
This policy is valid for the purpose of leisure travel or business travel (limited to administrative and non-manual works only).

The online application form of the travel insurance is applicable to Global Diamond and Global Gold Plans, the Journey must depart from Hong Kong, or include Hong Kong as one of the visiting cities (i.e. excluding transit via Hong Kong), or such travel arrangements are made and paid for in Hong Kong. For China Basic Plan, the Journey must depart from Hong Kong or Macau and such travel arrangements are made and paid for in Hong Kong. In the above described circumstances, please make your application for the travel insurance to Tiglion Travel with adequate lead time before the Journey starts so that the application can be approved with payment settled satisfactorily before the departure date.
We only accept online credit card payment on Visa or MasterCard for online application.
This brochure is for reference only. Please refer to the actual policy for exact terms and conditions and full list of exclusions. If discrepancies exist between the English version and the Chinese version of this brochure, the English version shall prevail.

Insurable Age Limit
Insurable age is from 6 weeks to 85 years old. Individually insured children below age 18 must obtain consent from their parent(s) or guardian.
